Tom, Recently your company replaced our home's heating and cooling system. I feel a letter needed to be written to tell you about the experience. From your salesman (Mark Berg), your installer (Mark?), and your electrician (Lowell?), we couldn't be happier. The level of professionalism from each of them was outstanding. Mark, your salesman, was great. No pressure, just pure knowledge and explanations for all our needs. Lowell your electrician was very helpful. He helped us with a couple of minor problems we had in our home that really helped us out. Mark Weber who answered any question I had after installation. And finally, Mark the installer. I can't express how much we appreciate a craftsman like him that takes such pride in his work. He did an impeccable job. He was polite, courteous, and answered all our questions. He explained why he did things and what worked best. He explained the system to us, showed us how to work things, all in a very professional way. He went above and beyond in all respects of the job and we are so happy with his work. The other bids I received all said they would do it in 1 day. We are SO glad we chose your company. You have quality individuals and you can be very proud of them. This is a very major purchase for us and it is so nice not to have buyers remorse.
