Dear Tom, Your company was initially contacted by American Home Shield because of issues with my furnace.  Upon determining the problem, I decided to go ahead and install both a new furnace and air conditioner.  My very good friend, Stacey Nagel, indicated that she knew you personally and assured me I would be very well taken care of by you and your company.  She had nothing but good things to say so I knew right away I was in good hands for what I thought would be a very expensive, time consuming and inconvenient adventure. To say that I was very well taken care of is an understatement.  I was very impressed with everyone from your company that I came into contact with.  The service I received was exceptional and everything that was done went way beyond my expectations.  I really felt that they had my best interests in mind and went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed at an affordable price plus in a very timely manner with no inconveniences to me at all.  I always felt confident that I was getting the best service possible.  I can’t say enough about how impressive everyone was in how they managed the purchase, installation and billing. In the future if anyone asks for a recommendation for the services you provide, Waterbury will be the first and only company I will recommend as having quality products, excellent service and exceptional people to work with.
